After an initial 6 month trial period of utilizing outsourced IT support services with Positronix Technology Inc., Vinita Public Schools has decided to move forward with the arrangement. Positronix was able to meet and exceed the previous support services by increasing the technical support ratio of tickets managed by the IT department.
